Yesterday, Westham faced Derby at the Pride Park Stadium. West Ham played a incredible display, winning 2-0 with Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio getting on the scoresheet. This game started in the 10th minute when Soucek headed a ball into Jarrod Bowen, who stayed calm and blasted it into the bottom corner. That did not dampen the Derby hearts, though. Collins had a shot which just fizzled wide.
In the second half, it got worse for Derby when Bowen crossed in a ball which as deflected away to Michail Antonio, who headed it past the Derby Goalkeeper. The rest of the game was chances for both sides as Jarrod Bowen had another shot for goal.
West Ham ended up with 52% of the ball, beating Derby’s 48%. Sadly, there was no Emirates Man of the Match Award. The Hammers will be facing Manchester United in the 5th Round of the FA Cup, with Derby’s dreams ending in disgrace.
