Hello and welcome to mylivefootballnews.co.uk. Today I will be talking about the match between Everton and Arsenal. The game started with a goal for Arsenal when Gabriel Martinelli curled it into the bottom corner. Unfortunately after a VAR check the goal did not stand. Everton started to attack too. Doucoure dribbled through the defence before going down in the penalty area. Sadly for Everton, the penalty did not stand. The Gunners came out with another chance when Odegaard hit a sweet shot that was smacked away by the gloves of Jordan Pickford. The Toffees got another chance to score too. Calvert Lewin past to Danjuma who hit it just over the top of the goal. In the 69th minute Saka passed to Trossard who thundered it past Pickford. 1-0! Arsenal nearly made it 2-0 when Odegaard smacked a shot again that was saved by Pickford before Fabio Viera ‘s rebounding shot was deflected away for a corner. Arsenal managed to hold on to beat Everton.
