Hello and welcome to mylivefootballnews.com where I will be talking about the Champions League match between Arsenal and Sevilla.

The match started off with Tomiyasu firing a shot just past the post. With Arsenal dominating the opening scenes of the game Martinelli charges forward side footing a shot sadly in reach of the keeper. Again Arsenal came forward playing the ball to the skillful Gabriel Jesus who curled a shot just over the bar. For the first time in the half, Sevilla came forward playing the ball to En-Nesyri who just dragged it wide. Just before the end of the half, to break the deadlock Gabriel Jesus played the ball threw to Martinelli, who coolly went around keeper and tapped it into a empty net 1-0!!! Finally!.

Second Half: Early in the second the half Arsenal continue to dominate, with Ben White striking the ball well over. Sevilla have a throw and give it away to the impressive Martinelli who lobs it through to Gabriel Jesus who tries to lob it over the keeper, the keeper does well and only clears it to the playmaker Odegaard who volleys over the bar. A long ball was attempted by Arsenal cleared by the defender but only to Declan Rice who gave the ball to Gabriel Jesus and that’s where the magic happened he got it on to his right foot and curled it into the far right corner. 2-0! Absolutely brilliant! A corner to Sevilla, maybe some hope for them. The corner goes in and its met by Gudelji and scored by him 2-1! Maybe some hope! A cross is played in by Sevilla and met by Mariano who doesn’t get enough power on it and it is easily saved by Raya. 6 minutes are added, is there any hope for Sevilla? Three mins in another cross floats in by Sevilla. Raya reads it well and comes out, he attempts to punch it and it goes awkwardly backwards and agonizingly over. The match ends 2-1! With Arsenal going to the top of the Champions League table.
