Aston Villa had another close chance when Douglas Luiz’s cross was flicked on by Lenglet and saved by Ortega again. Phil Foden got a second in the 62nd minute when he hammered a brilliant shot into the bottom corner. 3-1! Foden got a hat-trick 7 minutes later, when he hit a superb shot into the top corner. 4-1! GAME OVER!

Manchester City ended with 67% of possession, beating Aston Villa’s 33%. The Man of the Match Award went to City’s hat-trick hero, Phil Foden with a 7.96 rating.
