Another striker that Tottenham have been thinking about is Brentford’s Ivan Toney. Ever since Chelsea and Arsenal dropped out of the running to sign the Brentford man, Brentford decided to lower the asking price for Toney to 40 million. Tottenham and West Ham are still in the running, and Tottenham had a bid rejected already by Brentford. So Toney could be a less expensive option to go with if Jonathan David does not work out.
