Hello and welcome to mylivefootballnews.com. Across 8 game weeks, we have seen some exciting stuff, so therefore our predictions must change. Here is what we think:

Our title winner will be Liverpool. They have been outstanding so far under Arne Slot winning tough matches, and having the right type of mentality to each match they play. Salah seems more explosive than normal, Luis Diaz is banging in the goals and they seem to have strong midfield generals like Mac Allister and Gravenberch that can control the game well. In defence, Van Dijk and Konate have seemed to be the best CB partnership, with Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold pushing up as much as they can, putting crosses in the box.

2nd: Manchester City

3rd: Arsenal

4th: Chelsea or Aston Villa

Manchester City have been good, but they have been provided on last minute chances and goals which you will not get every game. They act sloppy early in the match and without their most important players it has seemed hard to cope. Arsenal have been playing good, but they too have been sloppy and they concede wasteful red cards which make them lose matches, When they get injuries they can not deal with it and they lose a huge gap. Even with all of their fit players it will not be enough to grant them the title or 2nd place. Chelsea look very comfortable under Enzo Maresca and they have seemed to not just lean on Cole Palmer but play like they are one single tribe. Jackson has been great so far and the advantage of having Madueke, Cole Palmer, Jadon Sancho, Mudryk, Pedro Neto and more is very useful. Aston Villa have also been good and after beating Bayern Munich in the Champions league they could do anything they like right now. With Ollie Watkins in superb form and Jhon Duran playing as a a brilliant super-sub to run against tired players, Aston Villa have a huge advantage and also have a great chance of making the top four.

From Bitter and Blue

5th: Tottenham

6th: Newcastle

7th: Brighton

Tottenham look like a decent team so far with Son, Maddison and Kulusevski in good form but when they have bad days they lose concentration and start making horrible mistakes that can cost them. Their Plan B has not been suitable so far this season so injuries may cost them. However I trust the manager and I think they will definitely come either 5th or maybe 4th. Newcastle have a good team like Tottenham but are way too wasteful. They have all of the chances but if they can not take them and the other team does, that can turn out to be a very hard problem to fix. I am still backing to make 6th however, because when they are at their best they can do a lot to opponents. Brighton will come 7th this season because they drop points in the wrong type of position, which cause them problems.

18th: Wolves

19th: Ipswich

20th: Southampton

Wolves have seemed to be good at scoring early goals but they seem to not have the discipline to go no till the end and that has caused them a huge problem. They are strong on the counter-attack but they lack focus in defence which makes them concede many goals. Ipswich have certainly brought goals back to the Premier League but they are not strong enough to sustain this. They conceded way too many goals and that causes them to lose matches. Just like Wolves they can score early but they can not keep it up till the end. Southampton have been down right boring. They can score loads of goals but they are weak and can not keep up with it. They fall to easily and lose hop so quickly and they makes them drop points. Still with not a win yet, I am sure they will not be in the Premier League next season.
