Manchester united had another big chance to score when Eriksen’s bouncing cross went straight to Alejandro Garnacho at the edge of the box and his whistling strike went just wide of the post. Another chance went begging for Man Utd when Milenkoivc played it straight to Mason Mount on the edge of the penalty area and his ashot went again just wide of the post. The away team had one last chance to score. Patrick Dorgu played a beauty of a cross across to Harry Maguire, who headed it wide. However, they got another chance to score when Dalot passed it to Mazaroui who played a first time cross into the penalty area that fell to Harry Maguire but his shot was blocked off the line by Murillo to keep this match at still 1-0.

Even though Forest won, they ended the match with 31.8%, with Man Utd getting 62.2%. The Man of the Match Award went to Anthony Elanga with a 8.66 rating. Man Utd play host to Man City in the deryb on Sunday and Forest got to Villa Park to play Aston Villa.
